Organised by the Institution of Fire Engineers and BRE, this one day workshop will provide an opportunity for the exchange of information and a forum for discussion between fire investigators and research scientists.

Presentations will include a report on the implications to fire investigators of the recent revisions to Approved Document B (fire safety) and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety ) Order, relevant Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) research and reports from a selection of fire investigation organisations. There will be an opportunity at the end of the day to see the BRE fire research facilities.
