Institution of Fire Engineers appoints Chief Executive Officer

The Institution of Fire Engineers has announced the appointment of Louise Craig to the vacant position of Chief
Executive Officer. The appointment is with immediate effect. Louise has worked
with the Institution for over 3 years, as Professional Standards Officer and as
Interim General Manager.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, John Judd said "The Board is delighted to be making this announcement. We have already seen the value of Louise's background in education with the achievement in record time, of awarding body status. I am confident that Louise, working closely with the Board of Directors and her colleagues will further develop the Institution for the benefit of society, the fire profession and the membership".
