National UK-China Business Conference
His Excellency Vice Minister Peng Sen, the Vice-Chairman of the National Development Reform Commission, People's Republic of China will be speaking at the National UK-China Business Conference on October 26th 2006 at the Ryan Theatre, Harrow School, Harrow-on-the-Hill, North West London. He will be accompanied by a senior delegation of 5 Directors from the NDRC. It is extremely rare for such a high level delegation group from the NDRC to be in the UK.
The NDRC is responsible for formulating & implementing China's Economic 5 year Plan and they have the responsibility for awarding contracts for major construction projects, they manage the oil and energy industry, and have responsibility for all aspects of economic regeneration in China. This is a unique opportunity for organisations involved in all aspects of construction & engineering to establish links with what is one of China's most important departments.
IFE members have the discount rate for this one day event (£190.00 + vat). Please note that Oasis Hong Kong Airlines have donated 10 free return flights to Hong Kong for a free Prize Draw on the day to celebrate their official launch.
