The fire Strategy Company is now part of the Zeta Compliance Group plc and has worked in partnership with a number of Universities and Marston's breweries within the UK.

Prior to forming the company Paul worked as a Building Control Officer before specialising in healthcare fire safety and has extensive knowledge of Firecode and allied fire safety guidance/legislation. During his 26 years in Healthcare he has undertaken numerous fire risk assessments and fire safety audits in a wide range of premises that include hospitals, offices, staff residences, commercial enterprises, industrial plant rooms and service areas. Also for the past 15 years Paul has been delivering bespoke fire safety training courses for healthcare personnel at various locations throughout the UK.

Kevin Heymer established "Exe Fire Safety Ltd" in 2008, following a career of 28 years with the London Fire Brigade, 20 years of which were with a Fire safety reference. Hi is the primary consultant for the company.

Since its formation, "Exe Fire Safety Ltd", has been responsible for the completion of more than 300 Fire Risk Assessments in a vast range of public and private sector premises including shops, chain stores, offices, educational establishments, common parts of flats, residential care homes and multi-storey public access buildings, to name but a few.
