IFE STAFF VACANCY - PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR

2 DAYS PER WEEK - 14HRS, £14k pa pro rata

Have you worked in an office and are looking for a new challenge? The IFE is a growing and dynamic organisation with a small, friendly staff team. We are looking for a new team member to join us in our Membership and Registration department to provide administrative support and assist in the efficient running of the Department. This is a varied administration role which requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will be motivated, well organised and able to work well within a team environment with good IT and communication skills. The role includes accurate data entry and document / application preparation and processing.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Office / administration experience.
  • Data entry experience. Speed and accuracy are key for this role.
  • Excellent attention to detail enabling data entry accuracy.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word and Excel.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • Reliable, hardworking and organised.
  • GCSE standard or above including English and Maths. Good standard of spoken and written English.
  • Typing and IT qualifications desirable.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good team player.
  • Excellent face to face and telephone communicator.
