Synopsis
Brief Synopsis
A firefighter (Ff) died on the 5th June 1950, due to the injuries sustained following a fall from a tree. The Ff fell whilst attempting to rescue a cat from a tree (House & Settle et al, 2017). The Ff left the 35 ft ladder that was in use and began climbing further into the tree after the cat climbed higher. The Ff fell approximately 40ft when a branch broke (Unknown author, 1950).
