Synopsis
Brief Synopsis
On the 21st May 1950 a Station Officer (StnO) collapsed and died at a fire (House & Settle et al, 2017).
It is not currently known if this was a heart attack or other cause of illness. It was also understood via anecdotal conversation with a LFRS source, but not confirmed, that smoke inhalation may have played a part (Unreferenced anecdotal source).
