Synopsis
Brief Synopsis:
A high rise building with what appeared to be combustible external cladding caught fire in Baku, Azerbaijan on what is believed to be the 10th April 2015, just over a month before a similar fire killed circa 15 persons on the 15th April 2015 in the same city.
