How to raise a concern about an IFE member, registrant or volunteer

All members, registrants and volunteers agree to abide by the Institution's Articles and Code of Conduct, and we take all concerns seriously where standards bring the profession into disrepute and damage public trust and confidence.

Concerns about IFE members, registrants and volunteers are considered by the IFE Ethics Panel who will ensure an independent and equitable investigation and subsequently make a recommendation to the IFE Trustees on the appropriate action or sanction.

To raise a concern about an IFE member, registrant or volunteer please complete the form below.

Concerns about IFE members, registrants and volunteers must relate to a potential breach of the IFE Code of Conduct and supporting evidence of the complaint must be provided along with the prescribed form.

Concerns may experience delay if the prescribed form is not used or is not complete.

Please note that the IFE does not arbitrate in disputes between members and their clients or in situations where disputes relate to differences in technical opinion.
