Affiliate Individual

The title of Affiliate is available for individual fire engineers with an interest in fire engineering, who wish to take part in the IFE's activities but have not, at this stage, met the requirements of a membership grade. Affiliate members are entitled to such rights and privileges as non-corporate members. Affiliate members may make reference to their affiliation to the IFE.

Affiliate Organisation

Affiliate membership is also available to organisations that have an interest in fire protection and engineering. This membership demonstrates affiliation with The Institution of Fire Engineers.

Affiliate Organisation members are entitled to such rights and privileges as non-corporate members and may make reference to their affiliation to the IFE.

  • Provision of the IFE's Affiliate Organisation logo which can be used on stationery, signage, corporate email signature etc
  • Affiliate membership certificate for display
  • Free subscription and delivery of the Fire Risk Management Journal; archived editions are also available to view online.
  • Opportunity to get involved via an excellent network of UK and international branches offering regular CPD events
  • 10% discount on all IFE publications. Publications leaflet available upon request

Subscriptions

The subscription year runs from 1st January to 31st December.

However, NEW members joining between October and December of the current year will receive these months free when paying the following year's subscription rate.
